Law Firm
Weninger Zhang is a full service law firm. We have skilled and experienced lawyers who practice in a number of areas of law, including:

We became lawyers to make a difference and to help people. Our focus is on providing sound legal advice and quality legal representation to our clients.

Areas of Practice

Real Estate
We represent clients in the buying and selling of residential real estate. Weninger Zhang can assist with property transactions located within the Province of Alberta, including condominium, townhouse, duplex, detached home, and acreage purchases.

Wills and Esates
Wills and other estate planning documents such as enduring powers of attorney and personal directives are absolutely essential when it comes to protecting yourself and your family. At Weninger Zhang, we assist with the preparation of those documents and also provide legal representation to executors during the estate administration process.

Business Law
We practice in several different areas of corporate/commercial and business law. Our services include representing clients in the purchasing and selling of businesses, incorporating businesses, drafting commercial and other business documents, and representing corporations or shareholders in negotiations and litigation.

Litigation
At Weninger Zhang, we have a general litigation practice that includes corporate and shareholder litigation, personal injury law suits, and divorce and family law litigation.
